Note: The Ramen has lots of Lemons – but its actually chicken broth based, I have to say this is one of my favourite it has a burst of flavour, the lemons are great way to wake you up after a long tiring day.

Note: If you love cheese, this place really hits home hard with the gouda cheese, fantastic with the tonkotsu (pork broth combination) – honestly not as thick and creamy as I thought it would be

Blue Ramen - Kipposhi
Shibuya
Note: you may think its food colouring but everything here is made naturally, most likely using algae – The blue ramen is a chicken based ramen, but the broth is clear and the umami flavour is through the roof, it’s a must try if you are around shibuya
