Japan craft beer is just getting started and already there are many great Japanese craft beer breweries. Today's story is not about them. It is about Mimasaka Beer Works.

Mimasaka Beer Works is a small craft beer brewery in Mimasaka, Okayama Prefecture, Japan. It is run by Hiroshi Miura, by himself. Nobody else. Just him.

It's a budding brewery with only a few beers in his main line up. But he makes a mean Pale Ale and I can only see him going up from here. Hiroshi, himself, is a humble and quiet guy but his smile shows the passion that he holds for making beer.
