This week, I was lucky enough to travel for several days for a modeling job. Day one was spent on Koyasan, a place also known as one of the holiest towns in all of Japan. We stayed in a ryokan, which is a traditional buddhist temple run by monks, we visited some shrines, and we ate vegetarian cuisine that monks have spent centuries perfecting.
