THE SENDAI TANABATA FESTIVAL 🎋🎇🎆🎉
The Festival is held on August 6th, 7th & 8th every year in the city of Sendai in Tohoku, Japan.
The festival begins from Sendai Station
and extends down the Clis Road Arcade

The Fireworks Display is held on the night before Tanabata (5th August).
The best viewing spot for the fireworks is in
Nishi Park
Reserved & ticketed areas can be purchased, however free seating areas are available throughout the area! We chose a free place in the park close to Omachi Nishi Koen Station.
