In this video, we are so happy to share the best and most amazing kushikatsu we ever had in Osaka, Japan. The name of the restaurant is Kushikatsu Omiya. This is a hidden gem we found near our hotel in Shinsaibashi area.

We didn't get any single bad kushikatsu skewer at all!!!
So much respect and gratitude we have given to the chef (his picture is in the thumbnail).
Not only his kushikatsu is exceptional, the staff in the restaurant were also welcoming and helpful. It was truly Japanese hospitality at its best for us during our Japan trip.

Don't get us wrong, we tried kushikatsu the other time at around one of the most popular areas to get Kushikatsu which is in Ebisuhigashi. However it was total let down, kushikatsu was not pleasant and they also messed up the order (We didn't remember the name of the place and tried not to look for it as we don't want to ruin their reputation. It was one of the most catchy kushikatsu restaurant and a lot of tourists were there to have kushikatsu and beers).

Anyway, since the #kushikatsu was so delightful and satisfying so we decided to go back again on our last night in #Osaka with our parents. They also agreed that it was so amazing.
Oh, also they allow double dip for the sauce because the sauce is poured on to our individual plates, so no communal sauce here! Good right?
