“Accommodation only in a tea farmhouse”
With the idea of conveying the charm of Wazuka Town and its tea, Kita family, who has been a tea farmer for generations in Wazuka town, redecorated their house into a guest house with a young landlady.
Before dinner, guests may be able to experience tea picking from tea branch in traditional Japanese room. Then, the main course which is prepared by landlady Kiko (the second daughter) with tempura using tea leaves picked before and lots of traditional Japanese dishes made from tea.
Moreover, Kazuo (father), who is a Japan tea instructor, and Kyoko (mother) will give you story about more than 20 kinds of tea in garden which can be tasted and compared. An unbearable guest house for tea enthusiast where you can listen to the voice of fresh tea and watch, or even experience, tea production (with additional fee) as well as tea picking, visiting tea factory, making black tea, ect Lunch and dinner with Japanese dishes using tea is available (3500 yen)
