Any woman regardless of religious beliefs is welcome to participate in the next Nunobashi Kanjoe Purification Ceremony in fall of 2020. Furthermore, anyone is welcome to witness this emotional, life-changing event.

Nunobashi Kanjoe Purification Ceremony takes place in Tateyama Town of Toyama Prefecture, Japan. Once in practice in the 1700's as a ceremony for women to seek salvation in Buddhist Paradise, it was recently revived in 1996 as an historical event to heal the hearts of women seeking emotional and spiritual guidance.

Nunobashi Kanjoe is registered "Heritage for the Future" by UNESCO Japan.
